automatically fade in Chasers. There shall be a rate control wheel for
chaser rate override. It shall be possible to store modified chase rates.
d. 99 Snapshots (Snaps) may be programmed for playback device
assignments. Snaps shall include all panel assignments and assignment
modes.
e. Playback sequences, including A/B crossfader assignments, chaser
assignments, and macro operations, may be stored as Events
associated with specific memories. Over 1,000 Events (1 - 999.9) may
be programmed. Events shall be executed when the associated
memory sequences on the A/B crossfader or in the editor. Events shall
also be responsive to SMPTE.
7. Groups
a. Up to 999 groups of commonly used channel and spot selections may
be recorded for fast recall.
b. Groups shall be selected on the Soft Keys in Group mode or on the
numeric keypad.
c. Groups may be assigned text labels.
8. Displays
a. The console shall support one high definition color monitor. There
shall be 9 selectable display modes.
b. The Stage Display shall show a color-coded display of the current
output for spots and channels. The Playback display shall show the
current and next memories on the Faders, Crossfaders, and Controller
assignments. The XFade display shall show a graphic progression of
the crossfade and a list of the next cues in sequence.
c. There shall be Exam displays for: memory contents, memory track
sheets, spots, channels, libraries, controller status, snapshots, macros,
and playback status of Controllers and Crossfaders.
9. Patch Tables
a. There shall be a Channel Patch menu supporting channel to dimmer
assignment, dimmer curve options, and General master control.
b. There shall be a Scroller Patch menu to patch scrollers to DMX
addresses and control channels, adjust the frame set up, assign the
dark gel function, disabling selected scrollers, and copying scroller set
up.
c. There shall be a Mix Output menu for spot management. The Mix
Output menu shall include spot type selection, patching to connectors,
and patching to DMX addresses or proprietary protocol. A default
device list shall be provided.
d. Spot definitions may be edited and new device definitions may be
created as needed. Spot definitions may be stored and loaded from the
internal hard disk or a floppy diskette.
